Improve product pricing strategy by predicting win rates of various pricing options​

Challenge

The client was not able to assess the optimum price for products due to heavy discounting by competitors in a highly competitive market. 

Solution

We built a machine learning model for client to predict the win rate of different product pricing strategies with an estimated confidence level.​

Result

We helped our client increase margins around specific items by 1.4% in 3 months, through assessing price performance and providing scenario planning for prices.
